Q. What are the advantages of using Celebration Cameras?

Celebration Cameras provides you with not only the single-use cameras, but the prints, digital photo CDs and on-line photo albums so that you can easily share photos with your friends and family members. The Celebration Camera package is also time-saving and convenient...everything is delivered right to your door.

Q. Why should I provide disposable cameras at my event?
A. Single-use cameras allow you to capture fun candids of everyone as well as posed shots. Your celebration/event is a momentous occasion. You will want to capture as many one-time memories as possible of you, your family, friends and/or co-workers.

Q. Can I buy individual cameras?
A. Because of Celebration Camera's unique inclusions and to minimize shipping costs, the cameras are sold in 10-camera packages vs. individually. (Studies show that 10 or more disposable cameras are generally used for special events.)

Q. How does the program work?
A. It's easy! Place your order and your cameras will arrive in 5 -10 days. You will receive postage paid mailers to use for mailing each of your cameras to Clark Color Labs for processing. Just complete the order forms with your mailing and email address. Clark Color Labs will send you 4 X 6 prints, digital photo CDs and links to your on-line photo albums.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Our cameras are available in a 10-camera package at a cost of $129.99. Because it is an all-inclusive package which includes prints, photo CDs and on-line albums, they are not sold on an individual basis. Please see the Pricing page more information and for comparison pricing for our camera package vs. CVS, Walmart and Walgreens.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A. Shipping is $12.99 TOTAL per 10-camera package. This covers 3-way shipping: The shipping of cameras to you, the shipment of your cameras for film development (prepaid mailer(s)) as well as the prints and photo CD that you are sent. (There are no extra S/H or "hidden" fees!) 

Q. Why do Celebration Cameras use 800 speed film?
A. 800 speed film provides up to a 45% longer flash distance, which is important in low light conditions. It also does well with moving/action shots. Overall, 800 speed film provides for a better picture.

Q. What is the best way to use the cameras?
A. For best flash results, stand 15’ or less from the subject. Celebration Cameras are equipped with a flash button that turns off automatically after a period of non-use. (You therefore will not have a dead battery before all the exposures are used.)

Q. What is the best way to oversee the use of the cameras?
A. If used at a sit-down group event, place the cameras on each table. Ask your band, D.J. and/or other designated speaker to periodically remind guests to use the cameras to take photos & to then to leave them on the tables for pick-up at the close of your reception. It may be helpful to assign the cameras to your event coordinator. You may also want to use the cameras for pre-event, leisure and/or honeymoon photos.

Q. What are the options with my On-Line Photo Albums?
A. Clark Color Labs offers a variety of options. You can email a link to your album(s) to friends or family as is, or easily edit and delete photos first to make another customized album. You may want to send only certain photos or the whole album. The choice is yours. Photos can be cropped, brightened, borders can be added and more. If you wish, you can order mugs, calendars or other items which feature a photo of your choice. Clark’s website provides you with detailed, user-friendly instructions for using the options available with your on-line photos.

Q. What do the cameras look like? 
                           
A. Celebration Camera feature a sleek, contemporary look and are ideal for various events. The design is covered in a hard, clear plastic case - not a cardboard case, which creates a more upscale look.

Q. How long will my photos be available on-line?
A. Your photos will be stored at Clark Color Labs' website for at least 30 days. 

Q. Do you ship to a post office box? 
A. A street address is required as we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Q. Do you provide table cards?
A. Upon request we provide 10 tent table cards per 10-camera package. The cards state: PLEASE HELP US REMEMBER OUR SPECIAL EVENT by taking candid photos with this camera. To use the flash, press the button on the front. At the end of the evening, please place the cameras back on the table for collection.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Celebration Camera LLC does not sell or distribute any customer information collected via our on-line store with any third party. We use your email to send you order-related emails only, such as shipping information. (The privacy policy for Clark Color Labs is available at clarkcolorlabs.com.)

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Your credit card and personal information are protected with a Secure SSL Certificate that encrypts all of your transactions through our site with industry-standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Product may be returned within 60 days from receipt. Before returning, contact us at sales@celebrationcamera.com for a return code. A. We currently ship to residents of the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.
